Requirements to becoming a service provider
- Intimate knowledge of the software the end-user is running.
- Provide level-1 internet support (basic connection problems)
- Give advice on or supply suitable internet access.
- Keep up to date with any service bulletins we issue.
- Make clear to the customer what your roll is. What to do when there is a problem.
