Turbo Exchange comes with 24hr support built into the price. It is guaranteed to cost no more than 66% of Transcomm's fees once charging starts. If you work for clubs that are not yet on Turbo Exchange, you may need to revert back to phone/fax for those clubs or pay Transcomm £300 for the interim period in addition to their normal fee's.
